"Bill has been scheduled for his Whipple Procedure this Thursday.  They want to give him more transfusions to make him stronger for the procedure.  A partner of Dr. Galloway will do the surgery since he can do it in 2 hours instead of the usual 4 - 6.  Since Bill has had so many complications this shortened length of time will make make the surgery better for him."
