Class of 1965 Blog

I went by the funeral home, and it was near impossible to get in.  The parking lot was full, and I would estimate that there were 2 or 3 hundred people inside standing in line to pay their respects.  Max had been a businessman in Athens for many years, and he was active in his church.  At any rate, I didn't see anyone I knew so I signed the book and left.
 
The casket was closed at the request of the family.
