Class of 1965 Blog

Just got home with Joe.  If I heard the doctor correctly he called Joe’s skin cancer Squamous cell carcinoma.  Anyway, he goes back in a few weeks to have the stitches removed and see what the outcome of the biopsy he took today after he removed what he thought was all the cancer.  Glad that I went too because he noticed two places on my face and froze those places off.
 
Thanks for all that emailed me and prayed for Joe or for both of us.  Since Joe is out in the sun everyday he wants all his friends to make sure they get checked also.
 
Again, thanks for all your support.  Joe is like me in that we don’t like to make a big fuss over ourselves when there are so many others with bigger problems.  We keep you all in our prayers too.
 
I will keep you posted and thanks once again.  Joe thinks of each of my classmates just like they were his own friends too.
