Below is the content of an e-mail previouly sent to all classmates with e-mail addresses:

Several classmates have asked about donations in memory of Max Smith.  Some have indicated they would like to contribute funds to a donations from the Class of 1965 to Max's church building fund as requested by his family,and some have indicated they would like to make a donation to the Class Treasury in memory of Max.

Treva Jay Schlosshan, our Treasurer, will coordinate all donations.  Please make checks to Central Class of 1965 and send them to her at 909 Belvoir Hills Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37412.  Please indicate clearly how much of your check is to be donated to Max's church building fund and how much you would like to be deposited into the Class Treasury in his memory.
