Class of 1965 Blog

Lindia says Bill graduated today from out-patient physical therapy for what his doctors refer to as "strokes."  He's walking with a cane now, and has already returned to Emory University Hospital for two chemotherapy infusions to treat duodenal cancer.  According to Lindia, those treatments have gone well.  Bill will continue chemo infusions for a total period of four months and then begin two more months of treatment which includes oral chemotherapy along with radiation.

Lindia says she is doing well under the circumstances and is thankful for all the prayers, visits, calls, cards, etc.  "Support from classmates has been and will continue to be a powerful sustaining force for us."
